PLEASE READ!!!

The Field of Dogs is looking for individuals who would like to serve on the Board of Directors of the Dog Park.

If individuals do not come forward to serve on the Board or help with the Field of Dogs operations the current Board of Directors is planning to close the park permanently by December 2004.

The maintenance and day-to-day operation of the Park is done entirely by a few individual volunteers - all whom do not use the Field of Dogs on a regular basis. The current Board of Directors is looking for Park users that they can mentor to move the Field of Dogs forward and serve on the Board of Directors. Due to lack of help, the annual fund raising dinner has been canceled for 2004. If you are interested in serving on the Board or volunteering your time to help keep the Field of Dogs open please attend our next Board of Directors meeting on April 21, 2004. The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM and will be held at the Korean Presbyterian Church, 635 Adrian Way in San Rafael. Refreshments will be served.
